Abstract: Sign to all on its second stage, sign to all is a prototype of a platform in which supports learning development and social inclusion for children who are studying third, fourth and fifth elementary grade who have auditive limitations for Pablo de Tarso branch A´s students. The first step we considered was collecting the information which was required, all this with school directives help. Once the functional requirements and no functional requirements were comprehended the UML diagrams were elaborated and the respective mock-ups for each interface, for developing the platform we used the angular technology, due to facilitate the web apps development and also provides tools to work with the elements of a web in a simpler and optimal way, it was decided to carefully analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the different technologies both on the client and server side, in order to choose the most appropriate for the development of this information system. The use of technologies such as node.js and angular allowed the development of the application to be agile, since both combine very well and have a lot of documentation, and to facilitate the development of the system among programmers, the GitHub tool was used together with the good practices of the Git Flow methodology, where each collaborator creates their own branch so as not to make changes directly to the master branch.spa
