Periopera, Software de Seguimiento Integral para Habitantes de Zonas Rurales de Soacha que Requieren Procesos Perioperatorios Electivos

Abstract

Resumen: El proceso perioperatorio comprende los fenómenos que ocurren desde el momento en que se advierte que una persona requiere un procedimiento o cirugía, hasta que una persona retorne de la mejor forma posible a las actividades de la vida diaria. De tal manera que la salud perioperatoria se refiere al equilibrio de todos los aspectos integrales relacionados con el bienestar del ser humano durante el proceso perioperatorio. Este proceso es inobservado en las áreas rurales de Cundinamarca y Colombia, por lo que las veredas soachunas representan un lugar importante para el desarrollo de metodologías innovadoras. Este proyecto plantea un marco sistemático para el seguimiento integral de pacientes durante el proceso perioperatorio, a partir del desarrollo de un sistema inteligente de seguimiento y acompañamiento a las personas que habitan zonas rurales de Soacha, y el monitoreo de variables perioperatorias. se plantea la pregunta investigativa ¿Cómo hacer seguimiento integral a los procesos perioperatorios electivos en habitantes de la zona rural del Municipio de Soacha? Esta investigación aplicada está constituida por dos etapas. La primera consiste en el desarrollo de un estudio mixto que permitirá abordar el estado de la salud perioperatoria en las áreas rurales del municipio de Soacha y la construcción del Sendero Participativo de la Salud Perioperatoria [SEPARSAP]. La segunda etapa consiste en el diseño y prueba piloto de una plataforma digital para el seguimiento de personas que requieren o viven alguna de las fases del proceso perioperatorio. La evaluación del proyecto se realizó aplicando el marco para la evaluación en programas de salud pública del centro para el control y la prevención de las enfermedades.

Abstract: The perioperative process comprises the phenomena that occur from the moment it is noticed that a person requires a procedure or surgery, until a person returns in the best possible way to the activities of daily living. In such a way, that perioperative health refers to the balance of all the integral aspects related to the well-being of the human being during the perioperative process. This process is unobserved in the rural areas of Cundinamarca and Colombia, so the Soachuna’s villages represent an important place for the development of innovative methodologies. This project proposes a systematic framework for the comprehensive monitoring of patients during the perioperative process, based on the development of an intelligent monitoring and support system for people who live in rural areas of Soacha, and the monitoring of perioperative variables. The research question arises: How to carry out comprehensive follow-up of the elective perioperative processes in inhabitants of the rural area of the Municipality of Soacha? This applied research consists of two stages. The first consists of the development of a mixed study that will allow addressing the state of perioperative health in rural areas of the municipality of Soacha and the construction of the Participatory Perioperative Health Path [SEPARSAP]. The second stage consists of the design and pilot test of a digital platform for monitoring people who require or experience any of the phases of the perioperative process.
