dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo tiene como propósito la evaluación de las condiciones actuales del sector turístico en el municipio de Girardot para proponer un modelo Clúster. Dicho modelo se constituye en una forma de reactivar la actividad turística local, beneficiando el factor económico y social. A través de esta herramienta estratégica, se dan canales de integración productiva en las empresas de la industria turística, lo cual llevaría a alcanzar mayores niveles de competitividad y dinamismo, logrando un renombre y posicionamiento del municipio. La búsqueda de esta información, pretende ofrecer soluciones a través de estrategias de cooperación, confianza e integración entre empresas tanto públicas como privadas del sector turístico para generar una propuesta diferenciadora frente a otros modelos clústeres en el municipio o la región, la finalidad es fortalecer la actividad turística de calidad en sus operadores y experiencias. La investigación es de carácter cualitativa y cuantitativa; los datos se manejan estadística e interpretativamente; la recolección de datos se manejó a través de diferentes herramientas como encuestas y entrevistas. ABSTRACT: The purpose of this work is to evaluate the current conditions of the tourism sector in the municipality of Girardot in order to propose a Cluster model. Said model constitutes a way to reactivate local tourist activity, benefiting the economic and social factor. Through this strategic tool, productive integration channels are given in the companies of the tourism industry, which would lead to higher levels of competitiveness and dynamism, achieving a reputation and positioning of the municipality. The search for this information aims to offer solutions through cooperation, trust and integration strategies between both public and private companies in the tourism sector to generate a differentiating proposal compared to other cluster models in the municipality or region, the aim is to strengthen the quality tourist activity in its operators and experiences.
