| dc.description.abstract | Se presenta una propuesta, donde se crea une herramienta para facilitar e informar de una manera más clara, resumida y de interés, la información acerca de la Ley 1209 del 2008 “Ley de Piscinas”. Todo fue basado en el estudio de la ley para saber cómo podíamos darle ese toque agregado de la ley. Ahí es donde nace la idea de crear la cartilla para poder brindar un apoyo de información más clara de cómo cumplir con los parámetros que exige la ley. Siempre se expresa la importancia de la implementación, ya que la creación de la ley fue buscando salvaguardar vidas en las diferentes piscinas del país, por esto se plantea con la cartilla, innovar de forma diferente a la base de la ley 1209 del 2008 “ley de piscinas”. De manera estratégica se busca generar conocimiento, responsabilidad y apoyo de las normas de piscinas, como: uso, adecuaciones, reglamentaciones, sanción, entre otras, a los propietarios, administradores y demás implicados que deben acatar y dar cumplimiento. Siempre se buscaba intuir más allá de la ley, para que llamara la atención y fuera más amena para el lector y que se entendiera mejor. También se van a encontrar razones por las cuales se quiere ir más allá con la ley, una de esas los accidentes fatales que pueden suceder si no se cumple con la ley debidamente. Por eso en la cartilla se aprovecharon los 19 artículos que tiene la ley para sustentar y mostrar la importancia que todos tienen por igual.
