| dc.description.abstract | Este es un módulo que busca sentar las bases para que todo microempresario o dueño de su propio negocio en la región del alto magdalena pueda comprender de manera más práctica todos los conceptos y fundamentos más relevantes relacionados a la gestión y manejo de su propia microempresa. Así como también saber identificar y determinar si su negocio pertenece a algún subsector de Biocomercio para que pueda ser denominado como un negocio verde. El lector también sabrá cómo se compone una empresa, sus áreas funcionales y como trabajan entre sí, encontrará también formas de cómo realizar un diagnóstico básico para su negocio. Además conocerá y comprenderá el concepto de administración y el principio básico sobre el cual todo administrador debe trabajar y es el del proceso administrativo: Planear, Organizar, Dirigir y Controlar, con los cuales podrá conseguir los objetivos propuestos de la forma más eficiente posible.Por cada título el lector encontrará ejercicios prácticos en los cuales comprobará los conocimientos adquiridos durante el estudio de este módulo afianzando así sus habilidades Al finalizar el modulo el lector será capaz de reconocer los tipos de empresas, conocerá si su negocio es un negocio verde, comprenderá como se compone una empresa, como se le realiza un diagnóstico y como se trabaja bajo el proceso administrativo y los beneficios de aplicarlo.
