dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación busca que a partir de los reportes hallados entre los años 2013 a 2020 caracterizar los errores más frecuentes en el diligenciamiento del reporte de los casos de lepra. Se tomaron 983 fichas de notificación de lepra de las cuales se evaluó los errores más frecuentes en su diligenciamiento, es un estudio cuantitativo descriptivo observacional. Se encontró del total de las fichas de lepra reportadas, según el dato el 81,28%(799) corresponden a las fichas completas y el 18,72%(184) corresponden a las fichas incompletas ,Según su distribución por detalles más faltantes en el diligenciamiento de las fichas de lepra, se tiene que la opción de no aplica corresponde al 81,59% que equivale a 802, no registro de las lesiones de troncos nerviosos 11,29% que equivale a 111, el no diligenciamiento completo de la ficha 4,27% que equivale a 42, no especificación del tipo de lesión 1,12% que equivale a 11, no están todas las páginas de la ficha 0,81% que equivale a 8, el formato no corresponde a la ficha 0,20% que equivale a 2, no especificar el grado de discapacidad al egreso el 0,20% que equivale a 2, no hay registro de los convivientes el 0,10% que equivale a 1, no hay registro de resultado de PQT el 0,10% que equivale a 1, no registran el control del tratamiento 0,10% que equivale a 1, no registro de lesiones cutáneas el 0,10% que equivale a 1, no se encuentra la ficha el 0,10% que equivale a 1, según su distribución por criterio de legibilidad de la letra el 99, 80% de las fichas si son legibles lo que equivale a 981 y un 0,20% de las fichas lo que equivale 2 no son legibles por diferentes factores como lo es La letra no es clara y la imagen borrosa, según su distribución por criterio de calidad de la imagen de la ficha un 97,63% presentan buena calidad de la imagen lo que equivale a 963 imágenes de buena resolución y un 2,03% presentan mala calidad de la imagen lo que equivale a 20 imágenes de baja resolución.
