| dc.description.abstract | Esta es una investigación cuantitativa, observacional, descriptiva, transversal, en la que se caracterizaron los determinantes sociales de la salud, enfocándonos en los determinantes estructurales e intermedios, los cuales permitieron determinar el riesgo y/o consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en menores entre 7 y 13 años de edad. En la investigación se valoraron 3 familias, donde se identificaron 3 casos de niños en riesgo de consumo por consumo actual de sus padres de sustancias licitas e ilícitas; Esta identificación se logró aplicando 4 instrumentos: valoración de la familia, historia de abuso de sustancias, funcionalidad familiar y el ASSIST, así mismo, se utilizaron 2 listas de chequeo las cuales se sub dividen en 3 conceptos: a nivel nacional, departamental y municipal con el fin de identificar las redes de apoyo de los entes gubernamentales para estos niño en riesgo de consumo y el cumplimiento de las intervenciones planeadas por cada una de estas instituciones. Esto se realizó a raíz del alto índice de consumo y micro tráfico de sustancias psicoactivas en menores, en donde el municipio de Girardot en el 3er municipio con mayores cifras de micro tráfico y consumo, después de Soacha y Bogotá a nivel departamental. Obteniendo como resultados 1. Consumo problemático de marihuana, ha sido reportado por violencia intrafamiliar posterior al consumo de sustancias y está pendiente el seguimiento por comisaria de familia, antecedentes de consumo de sustancias por padre y madre de cigarrillo y marihuana, no hay un apoyo familiar. 2, consumo problemático de sustancias psicoactivas licitas; alcohol y cigarrillo, intento de abandono > 10 veces, apoyo de rol familiar, antecedentes familiares de consumo de sustancias licitas por parte de la madre. 3. Consumo de sustancias licitas; alcohol y cigarrillo, estuvo en seguimiento con el ICBF por abandono a sus hijos menores de edad, padre soltero cabeza de hogar antecedentes familiares de consumo de sustancias licitas por parte del padre. ABSTRACT: This is a quantitative, observational, descriptive, cross-sectional research, in which the social determinants of health were characterized, focusing on the structural and intermediate determinants, which allowed determining the risk and/or consumption of psychoactive substances in children between 7 and 13 years of age. This identification was achieved by applying 4 instruments: family assessment, history of substance abuse, family functionality and the ASSIST. Likewise, 2 checklists were used, which are subdivided into 3 concepts: national, departmental and municipal, in order to identify the support networks of the governmental entities for these children at risk of consumption and the fulfillment of the interventions planned by each of these institutions. This was done due to the high rate of consumption and micro-trafficking of psychoactive substances in minors, where the municipality of Girardot is the 3rd municipality with the highest figures of micro-trafficking and consumption, after Soacha and Bogota at the departmental level. There is evidence which supports the fact that the municipality has a care pathway, but there are shortcomings in the organization and specific function of each entity to address the child in case of consumption by the child and to monitor or follow up on the families reported.
