Diseño De Un Plan Negocio Para Un Alojamiento Rural Tipo Lodge En La Provincia Sabana Occidente

Abstract

El proyecto se realiza para desarrollar un plan de negocio y detectar la factibilidad y la oportunidad de un alojamiento rural tipo lodge en la Provincia Sabana de Occidente que permits atender las diferentes necesidades de los turistas que busquen alojarse teniendo un mayor contacto con la naturaleza, teniendo en cuenta que realizar un plan de negocio es fundamental para cualquier idea de emprendimiento que se tenga en mente, para saber cuales serian las actividades a desarrollar, cual seria el planeamiento para el funcionamiento y todos los aspectos relacionados con la puesta en marcha del negocio, el mercado objetivo, el financiamiento, expectativa de ingresos y gastos para que se pueda Ilevar una mejor idea de la rentabilidad que tendra el negocio y cuanto tiempo va a tardar en generar utilidades. La idea de un alojamiento rural tipo lodge nace porque en la Provincia Sabana de Occidente se ha detectado la falta de lugares que brinden opciones mas completas a los turistas que buscan alejarse de la rutina, la vida urbana, la contaminacion, que busquen hacer una combinacion de tranquilidad y descanso, comida sana, actividades tradicionales y deportivas.

ABSTRACT The project is carried out to develop a business plan and detect the feasibility and opportunity of a rural lodge-type accommodation in the Western Savanna Province that allows meeting the different needs of tourists seeking to stay while having greater contact with nature, taking into account that making a business plan is essential for any entrepreneurial idea you have in mind, to know what would be the activities to be carried out, what would be the planning for the operation and all aspects related to the start-up of the business, the target market, financing, expectation of income and expenses so that you can get a better idea of the profitability that the business will have and how long it will take to generate profits.

The idea of a rural lodge-type accommodation was born because in Western Savanna Province the lack of places that provide more complete options to tourists seeking to get away from routine, urban life, pollution, who seek to make a combination has been detected of tranquility and rest, healthy food, traditional activities and sports.
