Estudio de factibilidad para la puesta en marcha de un negocio de sándwich “amores escondidos”, en Girardot - 2020.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de grado se proyecta el Estudio de Factibilidad para la creación de un negocio de sándwich en la ciudad de Girardot 2020, el cual tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad económica al crear este modelo de negocio escalable, el cual se identifica de ofertar este tipo de servicio por la escasez de restaurantes de comidas rápidas y novedosos en la región, al encontrarse con dificultad el buen servicio y atención, variedad de los productos, diferentes ingredientes en las comidas. De aquí nace la propuesta de valor de “Sándwich Amores Escondidos” al contar con un lugar cómodo, agradable y el consumo de productos con ingredientes propios de la región Norte del país. ABSTRACT: In this grade wok is projected the feasibility study for the creation of a sandwich business at Girardot City at year 2020, which aims to determine economic viability by creating this scalable business model, which is identified as offering this type of service because of the shortage of fast and novel food restaurants in the region, when the good service and attention, variety of products, different ingredients in meals are difficult. From this comes the value proposition of "Hidden Loves Sandwich" by having a comfortable, pleasant place and consumption of products with ingredients typical of the North region of the country.
