Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es actualizar el costo estándar en la empresa Procesos 2000 SAS, con el propósito de exponer a la empresa el costo como una herramienta suficiente para la toma de decisiones, la determinación del precio de venta y la gestión de los procesos productivos. Partiendo de ese punto se realizó la descripción de la empresa y sus procesos relacionado con las tres líneas de productos más altas y de mayor rotación para la empresa. Se realizó un análisis DOFA, para evidenciar la importancia de los costos estándar y como puede impactar la no actualización en el proceso de la empresa, tanto operativa como financieramente. Se fijó el tiempo estándar para las líneas más representativas de la empresa, además de toda la información que se debe tener en cuenta para la actualización del costo, puesto que la empresa, no ubica este tipo de información y han dejado en segundo plano esta herramienta tan importante como lo es el costo estándar. ABSTRACT The main objective of this project is to update the standard cost in the company Processes 2000 SAS, with the purpose of exposing the company to the cost as an enough tool for decision making, the determination of the selling price and the management of the production processes. Based on this point, the description of the company and its processes related to the three highest and most rotating product lines for the company was made. A DOFA analysis was carried out to demonstrate the importance of standard costs and how the failure to update can impact the process of the company, both operationally and financially. The standard time was set for the most representative lines of the company, in addition to all the information that must be taken into account for the updating of the cost, since the company, does not place this type of information and have left in the background this tool as important as the standard cost
