Contribución A La Caracterización De Sistemas De Producción Porcina De Fusagasugá (Cundinamarca), Como Aporte A La Generación De Información Desde La Oficina De Planeación Municipal Para La Actualización Del P.O.T

Abstract

Resumen El proyecto fue realizado bajo el apoyo de la secretaria de planeación municipal, con el fin de adquirir información para la caracterización y georreferenciación de los sistemas de producción porcina a los que se logró llegar, que pretende servir de aporte para la actualización del P.O.T del municipio de Fusagasuga, el cual se encuentra en fase de diagnóstico. Se realizaron las visitas a las zonas rurales con presencia de producciones Porcicolas, se revisaron datos existentes en las diferentes bases de datos, las cuales brindaron información que permitió el levantamiento de una base de datos corroborada para conocer la situación actual de la actividad porcícola mediante un formato de encuestas diseñado para la obtención de información de los productores porcícolas y sus producciones. Se georreferenciaron las producciones mediante el uso de aplicativos y equipos de localización GPS, para así poder ser ubicados en un base de ubicación espacial referente del municipio, los datos obtenidos fueron sintetizados mediante un análisis de estadística descriptiva para determinar las características de los sistemas productivos y las variables que sirven como referente para la generación de una visión y proyección del sector porcicola para la creación de estrategias y proyectos que ayuden a cubrir las necesidades, tanto de los productores y las comunidades implicadas en el sector como de la planificación física y socioeconómica del municipio. En el análisis se encontró como aspectos generales que los productores porcícolas del municipio están en un promedio de edad de 51 años, que el sistema es manejado principalmente por hombres con un nivel educativo entre primaria y secundaria, que la producción es desarrollada generalmente dentro del tipo de crianza de traspatio y tradicional. Se encontró además que el 54% de los productores se encuentran con algún tipo de Asociatividad y el 46% tiene acceso a crédito. Finalmente se concluye el municipio presenta problemas de infraestructura en un gran número de producciones que afectan el estatus sanitario del sector y que el municipio presenta una gran problemática en lo que respecta al uso del suelo rural y destinación de las producciones porcinas según lo establecido en el antiguo P.O.T que aqueja a los productores y ha conllevado a la disminución de la unidades productivas. Finalmente se resalta la afectación del sector por la crisis sanitaria de COVID 19 que ha llevado a la finalización de varios productores con su producción Abstract The project was carried out with the support of the municipal planning secretary, in order to acquire information for the characterization and georeferencing of the pig production systems that were reached, which aims to serve as a contribution to update the municipality's POT of Fusagasuga, which is in the diagnostic phase. Visits to rural areas with the presence of pork productions were made, existing data in the different databases were reviewed, which provided information that allowed the raising of a corroborated database to know the current situation of the pig activity through a survey format designed to obtain information on pig producers and their productions. The productions were georeferenced through the use of applications and GPS location equipment, in order to be located in a reference spatial location base of the municipality, the data obtained were synthesized through a descriptive statistical analysis to determine the characteristics of the productive systems and the variables that serve as a reference for the generation of a vision and projection of the pork sector for the creation of strategies and projects that help to cover the needs of both the producers and the communities involved in the sector and the physical and socioeconomic planning of the municipality. In the analysis it was found as general aspects that the pig producers of the municipality are in an average age of 51 years, that the system is managed mainly by men with an educational level between primary and secondary, that production is generally developed within the type backyard and traditional breeding. It was also found that 54% of the producers have some type of Associativity and 46% have access to credit. Finally, it is concluded that the municipality presents infrastructure problems in a large number of productions that affect the sanitary status of the sector and that the municipality presents a great problem with regard to the use of rural land and destination of pig production as established in the old POT that afflicts producers and has led to the reduction of production units. Finally, the impact of the sector by the health crisis of COVID 19 is highlighted, which has led to the termination of several producers with their production
