ABSTRACT: Vehicular mobility without a correct use, this can be converted in a social problem, which is necessary incentive and give to know new concepts , as sustainable mobility and citizen culture , as a part of the gradual implementation of the Project in the future. In this research, vehicular mobility on Cundinamarca campus university in Fusagasuga was examinated as to methodology of entrance and later a permanence of diferents vehicular users , who belong to academic community. This implies to look and analyzed actual behaviour about vehicular congestion which presents to the entrance, and exit and the lack of available spaces , mainly to vehicles , in this way the strategies of use and distribution of vehicles was analyzed , to the Access control Stipulated in university regulations , with the objetive to improve and implement technological aids to offer a better control and vehicular safety , inside to the campus , prototype and scrum methodology it helped us to establish an order in diferents Development phases, in this case a prototype which incentives to the university to apply forward this technology in the fututre to reduce the impacts previously mentioned. Finally in the Project was evidenced In a small scale and large scale functional model in the context of the problem.ular mobility without a correct use, this can be converted in a social problem, which is necessary incentive and give to know new concepts , as sustainable mobility and citizen culture , as a part of the gradual implementation of the Project in the future.
