Sistema Informático Como Apoyo Al Modelo De Calidad Que Integra CMMI-DEV, PMBOK Y SCRUM

Abstract

El presente proyecto plantea el diseño e implementación de un SISTEMA INFORMÁTICO COMO APOYO AL MODELO DE CALIDAD QUE INTEGRA CMMIDEV, PMBOK Y SCRUM, el cual se elaboró con el fin de proporcionar una solución informática tanto al Centro de Innovación y Tecnología -CIT de la Universidad de Cundinamarca Extensión Facatativá, como a las empresas desarrolladoras de software que quieran implementar en sus proyectos, el uso de modelos, metodologías y estándares de calidad apoyadas desde una herramienta informática innovadora. La solución informática, que se desarrolló en el presente proyecto, tiene como propósito automatizar el modelo de calidad para el desarrollo de software que integra CMMI-DEV, PMBOK y SCRUM, propuesto por el Centro de Innovación y Tecnología-CIT que facilitará la gestión y el control de la ejecución de los proyectos de desarrollo de software. Para el desarrollo de este sistema informático se utilizaron herramientas de software libre, reduciendo el costo de su desarrollo, se usó el lenguaje PHP con el que se tiene una mejor capacidad de conexión a la base de datos del sistema, además de ello este lenguaje usa una programación segura y confiable puesto que el servidor es el encargado de ejecutar el código y enviar su resultado HTML al navegador esto hace que el código fuente sea invisible tanto para el navegador como para el cliente; con el uso del Framework Laravel, se redujo el tiempo en el desarrollo y mantenimiento, además de que se puede extender la funcionalidad de forma fácil, robusta y segura, también, se evaluó el impacto social del proyecto utilizando la metodología de investigación mixta apoyada por la herramienta informática Nvivo 11 ABSTRACT

This project proposes the design and implementation of a COMPUTER SYSTEM TO SUPPORT THE QUALITY MODEL INTEGRATED BY CMMI-DEV, PMBOK AND SCRUM, which was developed in order to provide a computer solution to both the Innovation and Technology Center -CIT of the University of Cundinamarca Facatativá Extension, as to the software development companies that want to implement in their projects, the use of models, methodologies and quality standards supported by an innovative computer tool. The IT solution, which was developed in this project, aims to automate the quality model for software development that integrates CMMI-DEV, PMBOK and SCRUM, proposed by the Center for Innovation and Technology-CIT that will facilitate management and the control of the execution of software development projects. For the development of this computer system, free software tools were used, reducing the cost of its development, the PHP language with which it has a better capacity to connect to the system database was used, in addition to this language used secure and reliable programming since the server is responsible for executing the code and sending its HTML result to the browser, this makes the source code invisible to both the browser and the client; With the use of the Laravel Framework, the time in development and maintenance was reduced, in addition to extending functionality in an easy, robust and safe way, also, the social impact of the project was evaluated using the mixed research methodology supported by the Nvivo 11 computer tool.
