Impacto financiero y ambiental del reciclaje en el municipio de ubaté

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este proyecto de investigación se desarrolló, con el propósito de concientizar a los habitantes sobre la importancia de cuidar los recursos naturales, de acuerdo a esto se profundizo en el tema del reciclaje en Ubaté, se examinó el esquema financiero y ambiental, además se identificó el ente encargado de los residuos en el municipio, para conocer sus características y cualidades, puntualizando en su actuar dentro del desarrollo de objetivos para la cultura ambiental, y el fomento del aprovechamiento de los residuos. La investigación se fundamentó en base al plan de gestión de residuos sólidos (PGIRS) y de esta manera identificar las políticas ambientales que se deben tener en el municipio por parte de la empresa pública Emservilla, también se da una mirada a los datos obtenidos del consolidador de hacienda he información pública (CHIP) y haciendo un análisis financiero que permita un panorama más amplio. Los habitantes deben ser conscientes del impacto de la actividad del reciclaje, en beneficio de la naturaleza, como herramienta para preservar los recursos, en igual forma es una oportunidad importante para disminuir los costos de disposición, generar empleo y obtener ingresos, como parte de una economía sostenible para el municipio. ABSTRACT: This research project was developed, with the purpose of raising public awareness about the importance of taking care of natural resources, according to this, the topic of recycling in Ubaté was deepened, the financial and environmental scheme was examined, and the entity in charge of waste in the municipality, to know its characteristics and qualities, highlighting its action within the development of objectives for environmental culture, and the promotion of waste use. The investigation was based on the solid waste management plan (PGIRS) and in this way identify the environmental policies that must be taken in the municipality by the public company Emservilla, also a look at the data obtained from the consolidator of finance I have public information (CHIP) and doing a financial analysis that allows a wider panorama. The inhabitants must be aware of the impact of the recycling activity, for the benefit of nature, as a tool to preserve resources, in the same way it is an important opportunity to reduce disposal costs, generate employment and obtain income, as part of a sustainable economy for the municipality.
