| dc.description.abstract | Se realizó una breve descripción de la Ciudad de Girardot, su ubicación, historia. Se anexa el manual de señalización turística nacional. Al realizar el proceso de diagnóstico encontramos que la situación turística actual del Mirador del Alto de las Rosas en la Ciudad de Girardot Cundinamarca, presenta inconvenientes a la hora de poseer su autonomía, como también presenta fallas al carecer de un sistema de información histórica que permita mostrar con claridad que intervenciones se le han realizado. Hay falencias en sacar adelante el atractivo turístico en toda su potencialidad, la falta de compromiso, planeación y proyección a través del tiempo finalmente acarrea demoras en la ejecución de sus desarrollo. No hay trazado un plan a seguir a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Simplemente el servidor público de turno hace un mantenimiento de la parte visible del Mirador generalmente quedando relegado al tiempo y al deterioro esperando que el siguiente servidor público le realice otro ajuste y así continua a través del tiempo. Se puede presentar la opción de inversionistas en una alianza publico privada que genere ganancias y se pueda reinvertir parte de las mismas en nuevas mejoras. Aprovechar el espacio del lugar y crear infraestructura turística. Se carece de señalización turística. Se presentan alternativas como: Construir una iglesia, volver a abrir la heladería y fuente de soda, volver a implementar baños, hacer piscinas con los tanques de la parte inferior, adecuar senderos (embellecerlos), crear un gimnasio al aire libre, crear una zona de parqueo y señalización, crear una estatua mirador (de un indio panche, por ejemplo), montar un faro restaurante, crear un cable áereo que conecte el Mirador del Ato con el Aeropuerto Santiago Vila de Flandes. Las opciones son infinitas y el sitio existe. Se lla "El Mirador del Alto de las Rosas".
