Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo identificar las condiciones de seguridad y salud laborales en que se encuentra la empresa, con respecto al decreto 1072 del 2015 para encaminarlo a la implementación y ejecución del mismo, buscando así velar por el bienestar y cuidado de los empleados en sus puestos de trabajo, para garantizar el equilibrio integral. Teniendo en cuenta que dicho decreto ha sido establecido para proteger la seguridad, es responsabilidad de todos dar cumplimiento con la normatividad nacional, y de igual modo, promover un ambiente laboral seguro que prevenga y controle posibles riesgos en el trabajo.

Abstract:

This Project has as its purpose, identify the labor health and safety conditions of the company, regarding the decree 1072 of 2015 in order to direct it to the implementation and execution. Besides, it looks for ensure wellness and care of employees in their work place, to guarantee their integral balance. Taking into account that such decree has been stablished to protect the safety, it is responsibility of everybody accomplish the national low, and in the same way, promote a sure labor environment that prevents and control possible risks in the work.
