dc.description.abstractLa alimentación como el ejercicio a través de los tiempos ha sido un complemento importante que se ha tenido en cuenta en diversas investigaciones, ya que a partir de los buenos hábitos alimenticios y la práctica regular del ejercicio se obtienen grandes beneficios para la salud. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es describir las diferencias en los niveles de hemoglobina entre una dieta vegana y una omnívora en sujetos que practican ciclismo de manera amateur por más de 1 año, esto con la idea de identificar si las dietas antes mencionadas se diferencian la una de la otra de manera significativa y la importancia en la práctica deportiva. Se tomó como referencia los diferentes tipos de vegetarianismo según (Astudillo Rosero, 2013), para identificar las características de cada dieta y que el universo de sujetos que participan en la investigación cumplieran con las condiciones del proyecto, ser ciclistas amateur que consuman una dieta vegana y un dieta mixta, divididos en dos grupos etarios los cuales fueron veganos y omnívoros. En total se contó con un universo de 8 ciclistas amateur con dieta vegana y dieta mixta. Se aplicó una encuesta para determinar los requerimientos de la investigación en cuanto a tipo de dieta que consume el sujeto, además de la aplicación de un test de hemoglobina para obtener los niveles de Hb que tenía cada sujeto de acuerdo con la dieta que lleva. Abstract Feeding as exercise through the times has been an important complement that has been taken into account in various researches, since from good eating habits and regular exercise practice great benefits are obtained for Bless you. The main objective of this research is to describe the differences in hemoglobin levels between a vegan diet and an omnivorous in subjects who cycle amateurly for more than 1 year, this with the idea of identifying whether diets before differ from each other in a significant way and the importance in sports practice. Reference was taken to the different types of vegetarianism according to (Astudillo Rosero, 2013), to identify the characteristics of each diet and that the universe of subjects involved in the research met the conditions of the project, being cyclists who consume a vegan diet and a mixed diet, divided into two age groups which were vegan and omnivorous. In total there was a universe of 8 amateur cyclists with a vegan diet and a mixed diet. A survey was conducted to determine the research requirements for the type of diet consumed by the subject, in addition to applying a hemoglobin test to obtain the Hb levels that each subject had according to the diet he or she carries.es_CO
