Detección temprana de botrytis sp. en dos variedades (pomodoro y gioele) de clavel (dianthus caryophyllus l.). utilizando la cámara húmeda con dos rangos de humedad relativa en la compañía sunshine bouquets s.a.s

Abstract

El montaje de cámara húmeda es un proceso importante en el cultivo de clavel ya que permite realizar un diagnóstico de los hongos fitopatógenos que pueden estar presentes en el cultivo. El objetivo de esta evaluación es la detección de forma temprana Botrytis sp. en dos variedades (Pomodoro y Gioele) de clavel (Dianthus caryophyllus L.) mediante el establecimiento de cámara húmeda utilizando dos rangos de humedad relativa diferentes en la compañía Sunshine Bouquets S.A.S. Para tal fin se contará con dos cuartos que presenta unas dimensiones de 2 metros de frente por 3 metros de fondo con las condiciones adecuadas para el desarrollo y germinación del patógeno (luminosidad, humedad relativa y temperatura). Se evaluaron dos tratamientos (T1: HR 75-85% y T2: HR mayor 86%) en donde el mayor porcentaje de incidencia se obtuvo con el segundo tratamiento T2 para las dos variedades evaluadas. La cámara húmeda es la herramienta que permite realizar el manejo integrado de la enfermedad antes de tener incidencias en campo. The objective of this evaluation is the early detection Botrytis sp. in two varieties (Pomodoro and Gioele) of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L.) through the establishment of a humid chamber using two different ranges of relative humidity in the company Sunshine Bouquets S.A.S. For this purpose there will be two rooms that have dimensions of 2 meters in front and 3 meters in depth with the right conditions for the development and germination of the pathogen (luminosity, relative humidity and temperature). Two treatments were evaluated (T1: HR 75-85% and T2: HR greater 86%) where the highest percentage of incidence was obtained with the second T2 treatment for the two varieties evaluated. The wet chamber is the tool that allows the integrated management of the disease before having incidents in the field.
