| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: El Restaurante “DONDE CHELA” ha tenido que pasar por varias administraciones debido al mal manejo administrativo, lo cual llevo al uso deficiente de los recursos económicos, materiales y humanos, el principal problema radica en la falta de una planeación estratégica ya que no cuentan con el conocimiento necesario para lograrlo, tampoco han buscado ayuda para fortalecer el área contable de la organización, realizando los procesos manualmente sin utilizar las herramientas que la tecnología ofrece, así mismo, la falta de misión y visión hace que los empleados y propietarios desconozcan la razón de ser del restaurante, carecen de manuales de funciones con lo cual sus colaboradores no rinden el 100% dentro de la empresa, por parte de la cadena de suministro no se tiene una adecuada gestión lo cual pude llegar a afectar el precio final del producto, su calidad e incluso su potencial de oferta al mercado.
