| dc.description.abstract | Con este trabajo se pretende determinar la necesidad que tiene la empresa LAS DELICIAS DEL MANA, de poner al servicio de la comunidad y al mercado dos nuevos puntos de venta que le garantice un crecimiento sostenible, competitividad y permanencia en el mercado. En la Ciudad de Girardot, se tiene en cuenta la fortaleza del sector gastronómico, es importante resaltar el rol de una comida saludable y lo esencial que es en los hogares colombianos, implementando hábitos sanos, ya que actualmente la salud es una prioridad para todos. Se tiene como sector del turismo uno de los más importante, posicionándose durante muchos años como uno de los principales destinos turísticos del Centro de Colombia, contando con una gran infraestructura hotelera y espacios necesarios para fomentar cultura, empleo, sentido de pertenencia y desarrollo empresarial. El presente estudio se realiza con el fin de incursionar en nuevos mercados con menús de comida saludable, permitiendo llegar a un nuevo segmento, en donde se genere mayor bienestar y salud, garantizando una mejor calidad de vida para la comunidad; aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos en el transcurso de nuestra carrera profesional como base para el desarrollo metodológico del proyecto. Gracias a lo que se pretende desarrollar y llevar acabo de una manera muy profesional, se beneficiaran diferentes áreas humanas como: los dueños del RESTAURANTE LAS DELICIAS DEL MANA, los empleados, los colaboradores y sus familias, los clientes, la comunidad, los turistas y en general la imagen de la ciudad y de la región. ABSTRACT: This work aims to determine the need company LAS DELICIAS DEL MANA, to put at the service of the community and the market two new points of sale thar will guarantee sustainable growth, competitiveness and permanence in the market. in the City of Girardot, the strength of the gastronomic sector is taken into account, it is important to highlight the role of healthy food and the essential that is in Colombian homes, implementing halthy habits, since health is currently a priority for all. Tourism is one of the most important sectors, positioning itself for many years as one of the main tourist destinations of the center of Colombia, with a large hotel infrastructure and spaces necessary to promote culture, empleyment, sense of belonging and business development. The present study is carried out in order to venture into new markets with menus of healthy food, allowing to reach a new segment, where greater welfare and health is generated, guaranteeing a better quality if life for the our professional career as a basis for the methodological development of the project.
