Resignificación del modelo pedagógico de la institución educativa departamental san benito de sibaté cundinamarca

Abstract

Este proyecto se desarrolla en la Institución Educativa Departamental San Benito de Sibaté, con el fin de analizar la información existente sobre el modelo pedagógico y los tipos de aprendizajes que se desarrollan dentro del proyecto educativo. Estos elementos deben estar articulados con las prácticas del proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje, para alcanzar los fines de la educación, sin embargo hay circunstancias como la repitencia, por nombrar una variable, que deben ser revisadas con el propósito de determinar el nivel de ajuste,actualización o reformulación de los componentes, anteriormente señalados, para mejorar el funcionamiento de la institución. Con el propósito de plantear una solución al problema se hicieron varios ciclos de trabajo, relacionados con la caracterización, el estudio y selección del modelo y la propuesta de documento con énfasis en la persona, para ser presentado al consejo directivo y su posible implementación. La investigación se abordó desde el paradigma hermenéutico, y la metodología de análisis documental, la cual surge como una opción de ofrecer aportes para el cambio de una realidad, desde el interior de la propia comunidad.

This project is carried out in the San Benito de Sibaté Departmental Educational Institution, in order to analyze the existing information on the pedagogical model and the types of learning that take place within the educational project. These elements must be articulated with the practices of the teaching-learning process, to achieve the ends of education; however there are circumstances such as repetition, to name a variable, which must be reviewed with the purpose of determining the level of adjustment, update or reformulation of the components, previously indicated, to improve the functioning of the institution. With the purpose of proposing a solution to the problem, several work cycles were made, related to the characterization, study and selection of the model and the document proposal with emphasis on the person, to be presented to the board of directors and its possible implementation. The research was approached from the hermeneutic paradigm, and the methodology of documentary analysis, which emerges as an option to offer contributions for the change of a reality, from within the community itself.
