dc.description.abstractLa zona de estudio es considerada un ecosistema estratégico, donde los productores agropecuarios han demostrado capacidad de adopción e incorporación de buenas prácticas ganaderas – BPG en sus sistemas actuales de producción, para beneficio propio y su efecto en el incremento de la producción zootécnica (manejo organizacional, nutricional y reproductivo), recuperación ambiental y mejoramiento de la calidad de vida. El presente trabajo de grado se desarrolló en el Marco del proyecto BPG y Biotecnologías, el cual se ejecutó por el Comité de Ganaderos del Sumapaz- COMIGAN, entidad sin ánimo de lucru, líder en el municipio y la región del Sumapaz y la Universidad de Cundinamarca. Para el desarrollo del proceso de muestreo de enfermedades de control oficial (Brucelosis y Tuberculosis), se seleccionaron 25 fincas, las cuales se visitaron y diagnosticaron en el cumplimiento de requisitos mínimos; tales como disponibilidad de animales, corral de manejo, algunos registros y otros posibles. Una vez seleccionada las fincas de procedió a identificar el grupo de animales que ingresaron al programa, y se planteó el cronograma de trabajo para la realización de los muestreos de brucelosis y tuberculosis, sus respectivos análisis y entrega de resultados; evaluación de las implicaciones económicas de dichas enfermedades para el pequeño productor agropecuario, para de esta manera definir las medidas que se deben tomar, y poder certificar con el instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA) aquellos hatos que resulten libres de Brucelosis y Tuberculosis. The study area is considered a strategic ecosystem, where farmers have demonstrated ability adoption and implementation of good farming practices - BPG in their current production systems, for their own benefit and its effect on the increase of animal products (organizational management , nutritional and reproductive), environmental and improving the quality of life recovery. This degree work was developed in the framework of the BPG and Biotechnologies project, which was implemented by the Committee Cattlemen's Sumapaz- COMIGAN, non-profit lucru, a leader in the municipality and the region of Sumapaz and the University of Cundinamarca . For the development of the sampling process of official control diseases (Brucellosis and Tuberculosis), 25 farms were selected, which were visited and diagnosed in meeting minimum requirements; such as availability of animals, barnyard management, some records and other possible. Once farms proceeded to identify the group of animals that entered the selected program, and the timetable for carrying out the sampling of brucellosis and tuberculosis, their analysis and delivery of results was raised; evaluation of the economic implications of these diseases for the small farmer, to thereby define the measures to be taken, and to certify the Colombian Agricultural (ICA) those herds that are free of Brucellosis and Tuberculosis Institute.en_US
