Mejoramiento de parámetros productivos en gallinas campesinas bajo el sistema de semi-pastoreo

Abstract

La implementación de buenas prácticas de bioseguridad, se presenta como una estrategia de manejo que permita aumentar los parámetros productivos de una granja avícola. De la misma forma permite detectar y controlar oportunamente los problemas que podrían llegar a presentarse, garantizando así un bienestar y sanidad animal adecuado de la unidad productiva. La inclusión de este sistema de manejo de prácticas de bioseguridad ha sido el propósito de las entidades que regulan y controlan todas las unidades productivas del país, una de estas entidades es el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario ICA, que por medio de la resolución N° 003651 del 13 de noviembre de 2014 busca dar a conocer los requisitos para granjas avícolas bioseguras de postura y/o levante. Teniendo en cuenta lo mencionado anteriormente uno de los objetivos de esta práctica fue implementar las buenas prácticas de bioseguridad en avicultura, con el fin de aumentar los parámetros productivos de la granja avícola Zooaves ubicada en la vereda San Antonio sector Chinauta, Fusagasugá Cundinamarca, la cual presentaba un porcentaje de postura del 30% y un porcentaje de mortalidad del 15% aproximadamente, adicional a esto no se contaba con ningún tipo de registros y las instalaciones no eran las indicadas para este tipo de producción. Este proyecto se desarrolló con el fin de obtener un mejoramiento en los rendimientos de la unidad productiva, ofreciéndole a las aves un bienestar adecuado. Taking into account the aforementioned, one of the objectives of this practice was to implement good biosecurity practices in poultry farming, in order to increase the productive parameters of the Zooaves poultry farm located in the San Antonio area, Chinauta sector, Fusagasugá Cundinamarca, which It had a 30% laying percentage and a mortality percentage of approximately 15%, in addition to this, there were no records of any kind and the facilities were not suitable for this type of production. During the development of the practice carried out to obtain an improvement in the yields of the productive unit, offering the birds an adequate welfare.
