| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN:La investigación para el estudio de actualización de un modelo COSO en la empresa transporte publico especial rey de reyes en el municipio de Fusagasugá, busca sufragar las necesidades con las que cuenta la empresa, y que no se han podido corregir, esta necesidad nace con el incremento de sus operaciones a nivel nacional y con la
responsabilidad social con la que transmite día a día la confianza en sus usuarios para ser transportados a diferentes partes del país, de esta forma lograr estandarizar los procesos administrativos y operativos y así lograr las metas establecidas por la empresa la cual se basa en buscar la excelencia en todos sus servicios.
Por lo tanto, se genera la necesidad de fortalecer las áreas con mayor deficiencia en la
empresa desarrollando un plan estratégico que permita mejorar las actividades, la
productividad de cada departamento de la empresa y de sus afiliados. ABSTRAC The
