Instrumentos para la valoración de adolescentes en la atención enfermería: revisión sistemática

Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta investigación es la primera fase de un macro proyecto titulado "PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO DE INSTRUMENTO SOBRE LA VALORACIÓN INTEGRAL DEL ADOLESCENTE EN LA ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERÍA" , que tiene como objetivo general, diseñar un instrumento de valoración integral del adolescente que permita fortalecer el proceso de atención de enfermería teniendo en cuenta la teoría de autocuidado de Dorotea Orem. La primera fase tiene tiene como objetivo la identificación de los instrumentos existentes de valoración del adolescente a través de la revisión sistemática, permitiendo unificar los aspectos relevantes que conlleve al diseño de un instrumento enfocado en la atención de enfermería. La identificación de los artículos se logró por medio de buscadores como: REDALYC, JURN, SCIELO, GOOGLE ACADÉMICO, y DUCKDUCKGO, disponibles en la web, donde se realizó la selección por medio de los diferentes criterios de inclusión obteniendo obteniendo como resultado 11 artículos con instrumentos validados que valora aspectos del adolescente, lo que permite dejar como base el soporte teórico y referencial para la continuidad a la segunda fase del macroproyecto. ABSTRACT: This research is the first phase of a macro project titled "proposal for the design of an instrument in the integral evaluation of teenagers in nursing care" Which has as general objective to design in instrument for the integral evaluation of teenagers which which allows to invigorate the nursing care process, taking into account the Dorothea Orem´s self-care theory. The first phase has objective the identification of the articles was achieved through searchers as: REDALYC, JURN, SCIELO, GOOGLE ACADEMIC and DUCKDUCKGO, available on the where the selection by means of the different inclusion criteria has been made, getting as result 11 articles with validated instruments wich evaluate teenagers aspects. Which allows to leave as base the theoretical ans referential and referential support the continuity to the second phase if the macroproject.
