| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: La investigación consiste en clasificar por los Grupos de Exposición Similar (GES) a los trabajadores de los Supermercados K por cargos; el propósito de la estrategia es agrupar a los trabajadores según peligro y riesgo similar en cada área y cargo de la empresa para facilitar la creación de intervenciones futuras que elimen, sustituyan o mitiguen los peligros presentes. Todo esto se hace por el bienestar laboral de los mismos, ya que existe la necesidad de identificar los peligros presentes en el entorno laboral que puedan afectar en la salud física, mental y psicosocial de ellos. Esta investigación se desarrolla basado en el macro proyecto sobre las condiciones de trabajo y salud que determinan la calidad de vida de los trabajadores de las empresas legalmente constituidas en el municipio de Girardot, el cual se viene desarrollando desde el año 2009 en la Universidad de Cundinamarca. Los beneficios de está investigación respecto al sector comercio serán muy importantes ya que se realizarán un marco de referencia el cual podrá servir para ejecutar las intervenciones adecuadas encaminadas a mitigar los riesgos existentes en cada área y tarea donde se desempeñe el trabajador. Al realizar las visitas de inspección, recolección y análisis de las información, se identificó que los riesgos más relevantes a los cuales se encuentran expuestos los trabajadores son: Manipulación manual de cargas, posturas prolongadas, movimientos repetitivos, locativo, polvos y material particulado, fluidos de origen animal y excrementos; Estos en las 4 sedes de los Supermecados K. ABSTRACT: This research is the classification of the groups exposure Similar (GES) which will be supermarkets K workers on charges; the purpose of the strategy is to group workers according to the danger and similar risk in each area and by the company to facilitate the creation of future interventions that eliminate, substitute or mitigate these hazards.
