| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: Este trabajo de investigación analiza el contexto turístico, social y económico del Municipio de Nilo Cundinamarca, como también necesidades de demanda y condiciones de mercado dentro de una perspectiva abierta en la que compiten desde luego otros municipios de la provincia del Alto Magdalena en Cundinamarca, en este contexto se parte de la importancia turística que posee el municipio, y su postura de venta de servicios, donde se especializa fundamentalmente en la experiencia, entendido a partir de la planificación del espacio geográfico con condiciones desde luego particulares que guardan relación con su clima, altura, ubicación geográfica, atractivos naturales y artificiales, todo ello soportado en la poca infraestructura , servicios, equipamiento, precios, imagen y la escasa gestión de la administración municipal para lograr el posicionamiento de Nilo como destino Turístico por excelencia en la Provincia del Alto Magdalena en un nicho de mercado determinado. Se considera además que los factores de atracción en el Municipio de Nilo, que de una u otra manera atraen a los turistas hacia la realización de su viaje y también el éxito de Nilo como destino turístico dependerá de los mismos, por otro lado este éxito dependerá adicionalmente de los factores de gestión que incorporan imagen y posicionamiento desde los distintos actores turísticos del municipio. ABSTRAC: This worl analyzes the tourist, social and economic context of the NIlo Municipality Cundinamarca, as wellas needs and expectations of demand and market conditions within an open perspective in which other municipalities in the province of Alto Magdalena in Cundinamarca, in this context is based on the tourist importance that the municipality has and its position of sale of services, where it specializes mainly in the experience, understood from the planning of the geographical space with then particular conditions that are related with its climate, height geographic location, natural and artificial attractions, all supported in the little infrastructure, servicies, equipment, prices image and the scarce management of the municipal administration to achieve the positioning of Nile as a tourist destination par excellence in Province of Alto Magdalena in a niche market. It is also considered that the attraction factors in the Nile Municipality, Which in one way or another attract tourists towards the realization of their trip and also the success of Nile as a tourist destination will depended on them, on the other hand this success will depend in addition to the management factors that incorporate image and positioning from the different tourist actors of the municipality. | en_EN |
