Identificación del impacto de los trabajos de grado (monografía) del programa de administración de empresas de la universidad de cundinamarca seccional girardot sobre el medio empresarial del alto magdalena 2011 - 1p2015.

Abstract

RESUMEN: Las Universidades de Educación superior son un medio para dar solución a las problemáticas que se presenta dentro de una sociedad, siendo su principal objetivo formar estudiantes universitarios que contribuyan al desarrollo social de la región. Con el compromiso que tiene hacia la región de formar universitarios que ayuden al crecimiento social y económico, la Universidad de Cundinamarca evalúa sus procesos con el fin de dar mejoramiento continuo, logrando así una educación de alta calidad, la universidad tiene como visión el reconocimiento en el medio académico y social, por lo que inicia un proceso para ingresar al sistema nacional de acreditación. El presente documento tiene como objetivo evaluar los procesos que realizan los estudiantes del Programa de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad de Cundinamarca Seccional Girardot para optar el título de Administrador de Empresas. Dentro de estas opciones se encuentra las los trabajos de grado de tipo monografía. Tomando en cuenta este tipo de opción de grado se quiere evaluar los procesos que ejecutan con el objetivo de identificar el impacto que se tiene hacia el medio empresarial entre el 2011 y el 1P 2015. Los trabajos que realizan los estudiantes a las empresas ayudan al crecimiento no solo profesional sino también al de las organizaciones, por esta razón es importante que la Universidad de Cundinamarca tenga alianzas con empresas que han permanecido dentro del mercado por un periodo largo y siendo empresas constituidas legalmente con el fin de que se pueda hacer una retroalimentación seguimiento continuo a los cambio del entorno empresarial e identificando las principales causas por las cuales liquidan, siendo este un compromiso tanto del programa de administración de empresas como del comité de grado quienes deberán dar a conocer los parámetros y requisitos para la selección de empresas a las que los estudiantes pueden realizar sus trabajo de grado, como también de los asesores quienes son los que evalúan los planes que propones los estudiantes en sus trabajos de grado que van direccionados a las empresas, así aportaremos y lograremos una educación superior de alta calidad. With the commitment that the university of Cundinamarca has to train university students to help with social and economic growth, the University of Cundinamarca evaluates its processes in order to give continuos improvement, thus achieving a high quality education. The University has a vision of recognition academically ans socially for this reason it has started the process to enter the narional acreditation system. The purpose of this document is to evaluate the processes carried out by the students of the Business Administration program of the University of Cundinamarca Girardot to achieve the title of Business Aministrator . Within these options are is the works of degree type monograph final dessertation. Considering the dissertation, we wantto evaluate the processes they executed with the objective of identifying the impact that on the business environment between 2011 and Q1 2015. the work that the students do to for the compaines helps not only the students professional growth, but also that the growth of the organizations; for this reason it is important taht the university of Cundinamarca has alliances with compaines that have remained in the market for a long period and being compaines which are legally constituted. This is in order that you can to give a feedback and follow up continuously to the changes of the business environment, identifying the main causes by causes by which they liquidate of liquidation. This a commitment both of the program of Business Administration and of the committee of the University, who must know the parameters and requirements for the selection of compaines with which the students can perform thair degree work and investigation. Also, the tutors who are the ones that evaluate the plans that the students propose in their dissertaionts and give directionns to the compaines.
