La fotografía como herramienta pedagógica para promover el discurso oral

Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente invetigación se articula desde el discurso oral promovido por la fotografía concebida como herramienta pedagógica, orientada orientada en un marco metodológico praxeológico de corte cualitativo. Dicha propuesta coadyuva a mejorar las capacidades comunicativas de los estudiantes de los grados 8 y 9 del colegio Andrés Bello de la Ciudad de Girardot, en edades que oscilan entre los 13 y 16 años; así mismo, la metodología propuestase escogió porque contribuye a las reflexiones del estudio del discurso oral y de la fotografía, entendidos estós dos como objetos del conocimiento. En la investigación la oralidad se asume desde una perspectiva interaccionista socio-discursiva, donde la fotografía permite que la producción del discurso oral, por parte los estudiantes, se dé espontánea y significativamente, al dialogar desde sus registros fotográficos. Así que, se construyan prácticas orales que contribuyan a vencer los miedos de los estudiantes al hablar a un destinario conocido u omnisciente y de igual forma articular coherentemente los propósitos, las intenciones, los contextos, la entonación, los elementos prosódicos al emitir un discurso oral. ABSTRAC: The following study aims to present photography as a key toll to promote oral skills of communication. It is founded on a qualitative- praxeological approach, intending to improve the communication skills of eighth and ninth grade students from "Andres Bello" Hig School in Girardot City. These students range in age from thirteen to sixteen years ols. Moreover, photography contributes to a deeper understanding of the oral component of communicative skills in teenagers. Therefoe, this investigation is accomplished from a socio-discursive and interactionsist perspective where pictures help students to develop high-quality oral discourse in a very spontaneous way. They do so by speaking naturally and authentically about their photographs. At the end of the day, the intention is that students overcome their fears and become capable of speaking to known and unknwn audiences. At the same time, they will optimixe their skills in goals, intentions, context, intonation and tone when they have to give a speech or engage in an oral discourse.
