| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: En el año 1992 fue constituida La Sociedad Medico Quirúrgica Nuestra Señora
de Belén Ltda., es una IPS privada de III Nivel con domicilio en el Municipio del
Fusagasugá, actualmente no cuenta con un Sistema de Costos implementado,
que garantice que los datos correspondientes a cada uno de los servicios
asistenciales y administrativos sean reales, permitiendo a la institución la
adecuada y oportuna toma de decisiones.
La importancia de llevar a cabo este proyecto, radica principalmente en la
necesidad de saber cuánto es el costo de prestar sus servicios, aprovechando
al máximo los recursos que se tienen, y beneficiando tanto a propietarios y
empleados como a usuarios de la Clínica.
Ahora bien, iniciar con el proceso de cambio no es posible si no se tiene un
conocimiento pleno de los procesos de la empresa y de las herramientas
tecnológicas que aporten a la gerencia a suministrar las cifras para implementar
estrategias que incentiven la calidad de la prestación del servicio, teniendo
mejora operativa y Financiera.
El presente trabajo pretende realizar una valoración que proponga el diseño de
un modelo de costos que aporte información veraz y oportuna a los
responsables del rumbo financiero de la clínica, así mismo, ayudará a la
implementación y parametrización del módulo de costos que se encuentra en
proceso de compra beneficiando así todos los procesos y la puesta en marcha
del mismo.
Abstract:
In the year 1992 there was constituted The Company Medically Surgical Our
Lady of Bethlehem Ltda., it is an IPS deprived of the Level with domicile in the
Municipality of the Fusagasugá, nowadays it does not possess a System of
Costs implemented, that it should guarantee that the information corresponding
to each of the welfare and administrative services is royal, allowing the institution
the suitable and opportune capture of decisions.
The importance of carrying out this project, takes root principally in the need to
know how much is the cost of giving his services, taking advantage to the
maximum of the resources that are had, and benefiting both owners and
employees and users of the Clinic.
Now then, to initiate with the process of change is possible if there is not had a
full knowledge of the processes of the company and of the technological tools
that reach to the management to supplying the numbers to implement strategies
that stimulate the quality of the service, having operative and Financial
improvement.
The present work tries to realize a valuation that proposes the design of a model
of costs who contributes veracious and opportune information to the persons in charge of the financial course of the clinic, likewise, it will help to the
implementation and customization of the module of costs that one finds in
process of purchase benefiting this way all the processes and the putting in
