Formulación del plan de manejo ambiental de la mina el puente para la extracción y transformación de arcilla ubicada en la vereda presidente Girardot 2019.

Abstract

EI propósito fue formular el Plan de Manejo Ambiental para la Mina EI Puente, localizada en el municipio de Girardot Cundinamarca. Se realizó inicialmente el planteamiento de problema, donde la Oficina Asesora de Planeación asume a plenitud el reto de crear dicho PMA, posteriormente se realizaron objetivos específicos que ayudaron con el general 0 la meta general de crear este documento; además, se recurrió a material informativo incluida la normativa ambiental colombiana, la cual es la guía maestra para la elaboración de cualquier documento de este tipo. Después de crear el bosquejo 0 el plan preliminar para realizar el documento final, se inicio con las visitas al área de estudio, donde se realizó la primera fase de la metodología que consistió en observación y diagnóstico. Luego de recabar la información se organizó y se calificó mediante el uso de una lista de chequeo, este procedimiento permitió identificar el estado actual del medio ambiente e identificar los impactos existentes. Más adelante se evaluaron esos impactos mediante el usa de la matriz Conesa, cuya finalidad fue evaluar los impactos de forma cualitativa y cuantitativa mente y finalmente se tomaron los impactos con mayores rangos de efecto negativo en el área de la mina como prioridad para poder crear el producto final a entregar, sin dejar de tener en cuenta los demás impactos evaluados. Basados en los impactos evaluados se creó el documento final can sus respectivos planes, fichas de manejo, incluyendo las fichas de emergencias y contingencias, y el plan de desmantelamiento y abandono. ABSTRACT: The purpose was to formulate the Environmental Management Plan for the EI Puente Mine, located in the municipality of Girardot Cundinamarca.
