| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: Es importante para el sector del turismo en el Municipio la Mesa, conocer a su turista y sus características para resolver problemas como productos turísticos diversos, servicio al cliente, movilidad y otros que se evidencien en el sitio. Como gestores del Turismo, es importante realizar investigaciones que arrojen como resultados indicadores del impacto que está generando la industria turística en los municipios del área de influencia de la Universidad de Cundinamarca y el Programa de Tecnología en Gestión Turistica y Hotelera. La Mesa Cundinamarca, es un municipio que se encuentra en constante vanguardia en el sector turístico, siendo este, su principal fuente de ingresos en el contexto local, por el incremento de las empresas turisticas, prestadoras del servicio y el crecimiento desmedido de la demanda genera impactos postivos y negativos en la comunidad. Esta investigación se realiza en el municipio de la Mesa Cundinamarca, haciendo uso de un elemento de recolección de datos eficientes (encuestas) proporcionando el conocimiento de los intereses de los turistas que frecuentan el lugar; Gracias a los que los interesados en el mejoramiento del servicio y el aprovechamiento de los espacios turísticos y los resultados obtenidos generan herramientas que permiten modernizar la calidad de los bienes o los servicios que prestan las empresas del sector del turismo.
