Contribución al desarrollo de los programas y proyectos en la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social, Salud y Educación de la Alcaldía Municipal de Fúquene.

Abstract

El Objetivo principal de este trabajo de pasantía como futuro profesional de Administración de Empresas es realizar una “CONTRIBUCIÓN AL DESARROLLO DE LOS PROGRAMAS Y PROYECTOS DE LA SECRETARÍA DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL, SALUD Y EDUCACIÓN DE LA ALCALDÍA MUNICIPAL DE FÚQUENE.”, teniendo en cuenta las acciones efectuadas en el desarrollo y seguimiento en la socialización de los diferentes programas de la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social ejecutadas en el año 2018. Para tal fin se recopilaron datos e información de los procesos llevados a cabo en esta área, organizando la documentación suministrada por los diferentes sectores del municipio, (documentación, encuestas, informes) caracterizando a la población a incluir en los diferentes programas sociales. En algunas poblaciones del municipio en la actualidad se presenta dificultad para acceder a programas sociales, ya que por parte del gobierno municipal no existen las herramientas suficientes para favorecer a población vulnerable del municipio, es con este propósito que se llevó a cabo reuniones para la conformación de registros y generación de bases de datos que permitan identificar las necesidades insatisfechas y así lograr una cultura social de calidad y de inclusión. Abstract The main objective of this internship work as a future professional of Business Administration is to make a guide to " CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS OF THE SECRETARIAT OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH AND EDUCATION OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF FÚQUENE.", Taking into account account the actions carried out in the development and monitoring of the socialization of the different programs of the Social Development Secretariat executed in 2018. For this purpose, data and information of the processes carried out in this area were collected, organizing the documentation provided by the different sectors of the municipality, (documentation, surveys, reports) characterizing the population to be included in the different social programs. In some towns of the municipality at present, there is difficulty in accessing social programs, since on the part of the municipal government there are not enough tools to favor the vulnerable population of the municipality, it is for this purpose that meetings were held for the conformation of records and generation of databases that allow identifying unmet needs and thus achieve a social culture of quality and inclusion.
