Propuesta Ecopedagógica Para Promover Actitudes Proambientales Hacia El Cuidado Del Medio Ambiente Y El Entorno Escolar En Estudiantes De La Sede Fusacatán De La Iem José Celestino Mutis

Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra a través de un proceso investigativo de enfoque mixto los aspectos que intervienen al abordar el tema de actitudes ambientales en el entorno escolar y los procesos que se desarrollan dentro de la estructura curricular para abordar las problemáticas ambientales del contexto y por ende las actitudes de los estudiantes frente a las mismas. Estas situaciones, analizadas desde la perspectiva de los docentes y desde la mirada de los estudiantes en relación a su territorio, permitieron establecer las características particulares del Proyecto Ambiental Escolar (PRAE), al atender las problemáticas del contexto y la ausencia de transversalidad al vincular la dimensión ambiental en el plan curricular de la institución. Por otra parte, se ponen en evidencia las problemáticas latentes con que convive la comunidad educativa, aspectos relacionados con el cuidado del agua, manejo de residuos y contaminación auditiva, son realidades que están afectando el equilibrio del ambiente en el entorno escolar. De acuerdo con lo anterior se concluye que es necesario brindar herramientas que permitan fortalecer los procesos que ya están en marcha y por otra parte dinamizar estrategias que promuevan la formación de actitudes pro-ambientales en la comunidad educativa. Para lo cual se propone un Aula ambiental desde una perspectiva de comunidad aprendiente con el fin de dinamizar procesos de reflexión y comprensión de las problemáticas ambientales del entorno. The present work shows through a mixed-focus research process the aspects that intervene in addressing the issue of environmental attitudes in the school environment and the processes that are developed within the curricular structure to address the environmental problems of the context and therefore the attitudes of the students in front of them. These situations, analyzed from the perspective of the teachers and from the perspective of the students in relation to their territory, allowed to establish the particular characteristics of the School Environmental Project (PRAE), by addressing the problems of the context and the absence of transversality by linking the environmental dimension in the curricular plan of the institution. On the other hand, the latent problems with which the educational community coexists are exposed, aspects related to water care, waste management and auditory contamination, are realities that are affecting the balance of the environment in the school environment. In accordance with the above, it is concluded that it is necessary to provide tools to strengthen the processes that are already underway and, on the other hand, to stimulate strategies that promote the formation of pro-environmental attitudes in the educational community. For which an environmental classroom is proposed from a perspective of learning community in order to streamline processes of reflection and understanding of the environmental problems of the environment.
