Caracterización financiera de los ingresos en los municipios de simijaca y fúquene

Abstract

La siguiente investigación describe los ingresos que perciben los municipios de Simijaca y Fúquene en los periodos comprendidos de los años 2009 al 2017, analizando cuales son los rubros reales y que tienen un alto significado ene los ingresos de los municipios con los cuales conllevan a identificar ciertos ítems que den respuesta al porqué de la inversión y si en realidad estos valores económicos entran o no al municipio, y de los cuales se generan posibles incrementos de entradas por conceptos de regalías e impuestos. Es importante resaltar que lo que busca esta investigación es que con una base de datos obtenida a través de los registros de entidad en los formatos únicos territoriales, tomada del Consolidador de Hacienda e Información Pública (CHIP), el cual debe ingresar a la página web https://www.chip.gov.co/schip_rt/index.jsf, ingresando a consultas, informe al ciudadano y posteriormente se suministra el municipio a estudiar generando la información trimestral del año del cual se va a reportar, las alcaldías están obligadas a suministrar esta información en un tiempo límite en el caso del año 2019 el plazo era hasta el 30 de abril. Desde ese punto de vista es que nace y se consolida la razón fundamental que genera un estudio financiero mediante un análisis vertical y horizontal para identificar variables en los ingresos más significativos en un periodo de cinco años (2012 al 2017), determinando su proceder en el tiempo con un contraste año a año de la información examinada. De igual manera se procede a efectuar y ejecutar una proyección financiera, a un periodo de cinco años (2018 al 2022) de una manera técnica que pertenece al modelo de regresión lineal, el cual evalúa la tendencia en los datos proyectados de la captación de recursos públicos procedentes de cada municipio, que permitirá mostrara aumentos o disminuciones significativas de las entradas en el tiempo que contribuirá a una posible toma acertada de decisiones por parte de la Administración Municipal.ABSTRACT: The following research describes the income received by the municipalities of Simijaca and Fúquene in the periods from the years 2009 to 2017, analyzing which are the real items and that have a high significance in the income of the municipalities with which they lead to identify certain items that give and answer to thr why of the investment and if in fact these economic values enter the municipality or not, and from which possible increases of entries are generated by way of royalties and taxes. From this point of view, is born and consolidated the fundamental reason that generates a financial study through a vertical and horizontal analysis to identify variables in the most significant income in a period of five years (2012 to 2017), determining their procedure in the time a year-to-year contrast of the information examined. Likewise, a financial projection is carried out and executed, over a period of five years (2018 to 2022) in a technical way that belongs to the linear regression model, which evaluates the trend in the projected data of the collection of resources public from each municipality, which will show significant increases or decreases in entries in time will contribute to a posible sound decisión making by the municipal administration.
