Estrategia de gestión hotelera de los datos personales orientada al marketing digital del hotel unión del municipio de girardot

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado propone una estrategia de gestión hotelera de los datos personales orientados al marketing digital para el Hotel Unión del municipio de Girardot, enmarcado en el cumplimiento riguroso de las obligaciones que establece la Ley 1581 de 2012, de tal manera que se logre aumentar de gran manera el flujo de huéspedes además de esto cumpliendo la ley nombrada anteriormente, dicho esto, prevenir eventualidades investigativas y sanciones ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

Para ello, en primer lugar, se indica el área y la línea de investigación de la Universidad de Cundinamarca en la cual se enmarca el presente trabajo de grado: Emprendimiento y desarrollo empresarial. Posteriormente, a partir de la descripción de la situación actual de los datos personales, del marketing digital y del sector hotelero, se realiza el planteamiento del problema y se formula la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuál es la mejor estrategia de gestión hotelera de los datos personales orientada al marketing digital del Hotel Unión del Municipio de Girardot y con estricto cumplimiento de la normatividad de protección de datos personales? Luego, se plantea el objetivo principal del trabajo de grado, acompañado de varios objetivos específicos, los cuales, se cumplieron a cabalidad según lo planteado. Seguidamente, se justifica desde varias perspectivas (académica, personal y profesional) la realización del presente trabajo de grado.

This degree project proposes a hotel management strategy for personal data oriented to digital marketing for the Hotel Union of the municipality of Girardot, framed in the rigorous fulfillment of the obligations established by Law 1581 of 2012, so that it is achieved greatly increase the flow of guests in addition to this by complying with the law named above, having said that, prevent investigative eventualities and sanctions before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

To do this, in the first place, the area and the line of research of the University of Cundinamarca is indicated in which the present degree work is framed: Entrepreneurship and business development. Subsequently, based on the description of the current situation of personal data, digital marketing and the hotel sector, the problem is presented and the following research question is asked: What is the best hotel management strategy for Personal data oriented to the digital marketing of the Hotel Unión del Municipio de Girardot and with strict compliance with the personal data protection regulations? Then, the main objective of the degree work is presented, accompanied by several specific objectives, which were fully fulfilled as proposed. Then, it is justified from several perspectives (academic, personal and professional) the realization of this degree work.
