Proceso de adopción e implementación de las normas internacionales de contabilidad (nic-sp), en la propiedad, planta y equipo del municipio de fúquene - cundinamarca

Abstract

Durante el proceso de la pasantía se realizó una serie de actividades que conllevó a la aplicación del nuevo marco normativo de contabilidad, emitido por la Contaduría General de la Nación, en el campo de Propiedad, Planta y Equipo del Municipio de Fúquene, con esto se realizó el levantamiento del inventario Propiedad, Planta y Equipo de la entidad para obtener el valor real de los muebles e inmuebles. Se realizó el informe respectivo de la Propiedad, Planta y Equipo, dirigido a la Secretaria de Hacienda, ya que estos bienes conforman el respaldo patrimonial de la entidad. En él se evidencia el avaluó y los cambios correspondientes en la estructura contable después de aplicar el nuevo marco normativo.

Abstract: During the internship process, a series of activities were carried out that led to the application of the new regulatory accounting framework issued by the General Accounting Office, in the field of Property, Plant and Equipment of Fuquene township. With this, the inventory of Property, Plant and Equipment of the entity was carried out, until the reasonable value of the furniture and real estate was reached. The respective report of the Property, Plant and Equipment was made, directed to the Treasury Secretary since these assets constitute the patrimonial endorsement of the entity. It shows the evaluation and the corresponding changes in the accounting structure after applying the new normative framework.
