Abstract

HECK LIST NTC ISO 14001 es una herramienta para la auditoria de los sistemas de gestión ambiental, estructurada bajo la identificación de los procesos y actividades de los centros de protección social que albergan a personas mayores en estado de vulnerabilidad, la herramienta se formuló con la finalidad de establecer acciones correctivas y preventivas asociadas al cumplimiento de la normatividad ambiental vigente y los estándares de la NTC ISO 14001:2015. El diseño operativo de la herramienta se encuentra formulado bajo Microsoft Excel versión 2010, de esta forma se configuro con parámetros y escalas definidas por la teoría colorimétrica en aras de mejorar la comprensión y aplicación de esta. La Herramienta cuenta con una serie de preguntas orientadoras previamente estructuradas en una matriz que a su vez alimenta un informe final de auditoria, su secuencia se encuentra dada bajo ítems verificables en donde basta con marcar tan solo (X) para determinar el cumplimiento e incumplimiento. CHECK LIST NTC ISO 14001 está orientada para identificar, mitigar, controlar y prevenir los impactos ambientales que se generan diariamente en los centros de protección social, no obstante, existe un ámbito aplicable a nivel organizacional, en donde la herramienta se convierte en eje transversal a los demás sistemas integrados de gestión, mejorando la sinergia del ciclo PHVA.

CHECK LIST NTC ISO 14001 is a tool for the audit of environmental management systems, structured under the identification of the processes and activities of the social protection centers that shelter elderly people in a state of vulnerability, the tool was formulated for the purpose to establish corrective and preventive actions associated with fulfillment with environmental regulations and the standards of NTC ISO 14001: 2015. The operative design of the tool is formulated under Microsoft Excel version 2010, in this way it was configured with parameters and scales defined by the colorimetric theory in order to improve the understanding and application of this. The Tool has a series of guiding questions previously structured in a matrix that in turn feeds a final audit report, its sequence is given under verifiable items, where it is enough to mark only (X) to determine fulfillment and non- fulfillment. CHECK LIST NTC ISO 14001 is oriented to identify, mitigate, control and prevent the environmental impacts that are generated daily in the social protection centers, however, there is a sphere applicable at the organizational level, where the tool becomes a transversal axis to the other integrated management systems, improving the synergy of the PHVA cycle.
