Caracterización pedagógica y efecto del modelo de iniciación y formación deportiva card 2018-1, en la disciplina de natación en niños de 9 a 12 años

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como fin determinar las características pedagógicas y el efecto generado del modelo de iniciación y formación deportiva en niños de 9 a 12 años, dentro del macro proyecto investigativo CARD 2018-1 en la disciplina deportiva de natación. Siendo este un proceso de iniciación y formación deportiva para niños del municipio de Fusagasugá, basándose en la utilización de juegos y formas jugadas como eje fundamental y elementos de interacción pedagógica en el ámbito deportivo de la natación. Este plan nos permite analizar e interpretar durante el transcurso de 16 semanas el comportamiento, antropométrico, deportivo, físico y técnico, así como el cumplimiento y ejecución de lo planeado en cada una de las sesiones observando aspectos como el quehacer docente y la buena ejecución de esta. El proceso metodológico diseñado consiste en cuatro momentos. Como primera medida se realizará la recolección de datos previo y posterior por medio de test y pruebas; perfil antropométrico, condición física y condición técnico-motriz para de esta manera, formar grupos según la condición general, construyendo un plan clase según las características de estos y su evolución. En segunda medida se realizará una observación permanente de lo planeado y lo ejecutado teniendo en cuenta la coherencia del objetivo físico y técnico con componentes de la carga. En tercera medida realizar una observación con respecto a las habilidades docentes; comunicación, organización, motivación, evaluación y presencia del juego, como cuarta y última medida llevar un control de asistencia y permanencia en el programa y a la vez el nivel de aceptación. The purpose of this research is to determine the pedagogical characteristics and the generated effect of the model of initiation and sports training in children from 9 to 12 years old, within the macro research project CARD 2018-1 in the sports discipline of swimming. This being a process of initiation and sports training for children of the municipality of Fusagasugá, based on the use of games and forms played as a fundamental axis and elements of pedagogical interaction in the sports field of swimming. This plan allows us to analyze and interpret during the course of 16 weeks the behavior, anthropometric, sporting, physical and technical, as well as the fulfillment and execution of the planned in each of the sessions, observing aspects such as the teaching task and the good execution of this. The methodological process designed consists of four moments. As a first step, the collection of prior and subsequent data will be carried out through tests and tests; anthropometric profile, physical condition and technical-motor condition in order to form groups according to the general condition, building a class plan according to the characteristics of these and their evolution. In the second measure, there will be a permanent observation of the planned and the executed taking into account the coherence of the physical and technical objective with components of the load. Third, make an observation regarding the teaching skills; communication, organization, motivation, evaluation and presence of the game, as fourth and last measure to keep track of attendance and permanence in the program and at the same time the level of acceptance.
