Propuesta de formación de líderes comunitarios para el proyecto recreotk itinerante: la resignificación del espacio público como zona de juego

Abstract

El macro proyecto de la RecreoTK itinerante nace como una oportunidad de brindar y generar espacios de enriquecimiento en diferentes aspectos tales como social, físico, cognitivo y axiológico para toda la población de tres diferentes barrios populares del Municipio de Fusagasugá, y así lograr empoderar estas comunidades para su propio desarrollo, teniendo en cuenta el antecedente que nos permitió la revisión del documento del año 2018, frente al proceso de unos compañeros en el Barrio El Progreso y la Gran Colombia. Este proyecto se especializa en vincular diferentes aspectos tales como lo social, físico, cognitivo y axiológico para toda la población de tres distintos y nuevos barrios populares de la Ciudad de Fusagasugá, y así lograr empoderar estas comunidades para su propio desarrollo social en el año 2019. Se tiene como objetivo el generar una estrategia para la re significación del espacio público como zona de juego y de formación de líderes sociales sobre las poblaciones beneficiadas por el proyecto de RecreoTK. Para ello, se enuncian teorías importantes como la del Desarrollo a Escala Humana, del Comportamiento, del Capital Social, de la Psicología Comunitaria, de la Recreación Comunitaria y la del Ocio y El Tiempo Libre. Se usa la metodología de la Investigación de Acción Participativa – IAP y el tipo de investigación cualitativa. Y como resultado final se obtuvo a través del a interpretación y análisis de los diarios de campo y sus categorías las siguientes fases programáticas; i) Contextualización del Programa; ii) Interacción con la Comunidad; iii) Transformación Social.

The macro project of the traveling RecreoTK was born as an opportunity to provide and generate enrichment spaces in different aspects such as social, physical, cognitive and axiological for the entire population of three different popular neighborhoods of the Municipality of Fusagasugá, and thus achieve empowering these communities for its own development, taking into account the background that allowed us to revise the document of 2018, compared to the process of some colleagues in the El Progreso and Gran Colombia neighborhoods. This project specializes in linking different aspects such as social, physical, cognitive and axiological for the entire population of three different and new neighborhoods of the City of Fusagasugá, and thus achieve empower these communities for their own social development in 2019 . Its objective is to generate a strategy for the re-meaning of public space as a play area and for training social leaders on the populations benefited by the RecreoTK project. For this, important theories such as Human Scale Development, Behavior, Social Capital, Community Psychology, Community Recreation and Leisure and Free Time are stated. The methodology of Participatory Action Research - IAP and the type of qualitative research is used. And as a final result, the following programmatic phases were obtained through the interpretation and analysis of the field journals and their categories; i) Contextualization of the Program; ii) Interaction with the Community; iii) Social Transformation.
