Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una firma de contadores publicos en la provincia de ubaté

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente documento tiene como objetivo la realización de un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una firma de contadores en la Provincia de Ubaté, que exponga y argumente las razones financieras, comerciales y administrativas que la soporten. Inicialmente se observa la necesidad existente, considerando la existencia de empresas dedicadas principalmente a labores mineras y agrícolas, de igual manera se evidencia que en la provincia de Ubaté no está conformada una firma de contadores que ofrezca servicios de asesoría especializada en temas contables, tributarios y financieros. Por otra parte, si bien se evidencian unos factores favorables para la creación de la firma, se hace necesaria la realización de un estudio de mercado que permita profundizar en las condiciones actuales, para lo cual se realiza una encuesta aplicada a personas naturales, profesionales en contaduría, empresas de la región, y un censo enfocado a recopilar información en los órganos administrativos de los municipios que conforman la provincia del Valle de Ubaté. Una vez realizado el análisis de mercado mediante la aplicación de encuestas y censos focalizados conforme se mencionó anteriormente, se obtuvo información que permitió argumentar la factibilidad que tiene la creación de una firma de contadores en la provincia del valle de Ubaté, donde de manera general se logró demostrar que existe una necesidad relacionada con la demanda existente, la cual proviene de las diferentes empresas que desarrollan sus actividades en la región, así como la ausencia actual de una firma de contadores que preste sus asesorías en temas especializados. Initially the existing need is observed, considering the existence of companies dedicated mainly to mining and agricultural work, in the same way it is evident that in the province of Ubaté there is not a firm of accountants that offers specialized advisory services in accounting, tax and financial On the other hand, although some favorable factors are evident for the creation of the firm, it is necessary to carry out a market study to deepen the current conditions, for which a survey applied to natural persons, professionals in accounting, companies in the region, and a census focused on gathering information in the administrative bodies of the municipalities that make up the province of the Ubaté Valley. Once the market analysis was carried out through the application of focused surveys and censuses as mentioned above, information was obtained that allowed to argue the feasibility of creating a firm of accountants in the province of the Ubaté Valley, where it is generally he was able to demonstrate that there is a need related to the existing demand, which comes from the different companies that carry out their activities in the region, as well as the current absence of a firm of accountants that provides advice on specialized topics.
