Evaluación de la polinización de café coffea arabica con abejas nativas (apidae: meliponini) en un cultivo agroecológico en la mesa – cundinamarca

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de grado tuvo como propósito la evaluación de la polinización de café Coffea arabica con abejas nativas (Apidae: Meliponini) en un cultivo agroecológico en La Mesa – Cundinamarca con un área de 9 ha, de la cual se utilizaron 60 m2, se aplicaron 5 tratamientos: un núcleo de Apis mellifera, una colmena Tetragonisca angustula, una de Scaptotrigona sp, un tratamiento sin agente polinizador y un tratamiento abierto que fue delimitado con cinta perimetral, con el fin de determinar parámetros como peso de cotiledones, diámetro polar, diámetro ecuatorial en frutos maduros y sobre maduros, para dar cumplimiento a este objetivo se propuso una investigación cuantitativa en la cual se aplicaron pruebas Shapiro-Wilks para normalidad y la prueba F para homoscedasticidad para verificar si los datos cumplían con los supuestos para realizar pruebasparamétricas ANOVA, ya que los valores p<0.01 demostraron que las variables no presentan homogeneidad de varianzas en los estados de maduración y sobremaduración se plantea analizar los datos con la prueba no paramétrica de Kruskal-Wallis encontrando diferencias estadísticas para el peso de los granos maduros, (p<0.05) entre el tratamiento libre polinización con respecto a los demás p=0,0005, para el diámetro polar no se encontraron diferencias estadistas entre los tratamientos Tetragonisca angustula y libre polinización pero si con los tratamientos Scaptotrigona y sin agente polinizador presentando p=0,0001, entre si y a comparación con los tratamientos mencionados anteriormente, para el diámetro polar (p>0.05) se encontraron diferencias estadísticas entre el tratamiento libre polinización y los demás tratamientos p=0,0039. Adicional se instalaron 142 botellas trampa para identificar la riqueza de éstas abejas nativas dentro del área de estudio (9 ha), el 50% con atrayente de será de abejas Apismellifera y el otro 50% con propóleo diluido en alcohol, capturando 8 nidos de T. angustula en atrayente cera y 1 de Scaptotrigona también en atrayente cera. También se tuvo en cuenta el valor productivo en cuanto a la producción de miel destacando así mismo cuál de las abejas nativas presento mayor productividad. ABSTRACT: This degree work had a purpose that was the test of the coffee pollination with native bees (apidae meliponini) in a agro-ecologic culture in the municipality of la mesa, in Cundinamarca with an area of 9 ha, of which we work in 60 m2, We applied five treatments: a nucleus of apis mellifera,a beehive of Tetragonisca angustula a beehive of scaptotrigona sp ,a treatment without pollinator agent and a opened treatment which was delimited with a perimetral band with the purpose of determine parameters as the cotyledons weigh, polar diameter ,equatorial diameter in ripe fruits and very ripe fruits,In order to fulfill with this objective, we propose a quantitative investigation in whick we applied Shapiro-willss tests, to normality and the f test to homocedasticidad to verify if the data carry out with the suppositions to do ANOVA parametric tests, because the values p<0.01 proved that the variable do not show us homogeneity of varianzas in the maturation and very maturation states, We plan to analyze the data with no parametric test of kruskal-wallis .we find statistic differences for the weight of the ripe grains,(p>0,5) Between free pollination treatment with regard to the other p=0,00005. For the polar diameter we dot find statistic differences between the Tetragonisca angustula and free pollination treatments and withut pollinator agent showing p=0, 0001 between them and in comparison with the before treatments. For the polar diameter (p=<0, 05) we find statistic differences between free pollination treatment and the other treatments p=0, 0039, more over we installed one hundred forty two trap bottles to identify the riches of these native bees inside the are of investigation (9 h) the fifty per cent of these trap bottles had of Apis mellifera bee wax as attractive and the other fifty percent had propoleo diluted in alcohol. We captured eight nests of T. angustula in bee wax attractive and one nest of Scaptotrigona also in bee wax attractive. Also we took into account the productive value of the honey production and showing which native bees made the best production.
