Diseño del manual de funciones de la empresa máquinas y juegos de colombia s.a.s

Abstract

RESUMEN Máquinas y Juegos De Colombia Sociedad por Acciones Simplificadas es una empresa del sector de juegos de suerte y azar creada en la ciudad de Fusagasugá hace más o menos 20 años, su administración hasta hace 2 años fue de manera empírica donde cumplían los requerimientos básicos para su funcionamiento, se realizó la fusión de varias unidades de negocio siendo en este momento donde se da la necesidad de estructurar toda la parte administrativa dentro de esta reestructuración se crea el área de recursos humanos buscando el bienestar de los empleados y un mejor manejo de la información relacionado con estos. Es por esto que dentro de las necesidades identificadas para el área de recursos humanos es esencial la creación del manual de funciones para los cargos activos dentro de la organización para tener un apoyo al momento de la contratación del nuevo personal, donde se pueda dar a conocer de manera clara y específica que cargó van a ocupar, cuáles son sus funciones, cuáles son sus responsabilidades y hasta donde llega su nivel de compromiso para con la empresa. El proceso de la creación del manual de funciones tiene como objetivo regular y organizar la estructura de operación y funcionamiento de las diferentes unidades de negocio de la empresa M y J de Colombia S.A.S, reconociendo el manual de funciones como una herramienta técnica necesaria para la administración del personal, facilitando al mismo comprender el funcionamiento de su cargo así como optimizando su desempeño en tiempo y calidad. ABSTRACT Máquinas y Juegos De Colombia S.A.S is a company of the sector of games of luck and hazard created in the city of Fusagasugá more 20 years ago, its administration until 2 years ago was in an empirical way where they were fulfilling the basic requests for its functioning, the merger of several business units was realized being in this moment where there happens the need to structure the whole administrative part inside this restructuring the human resources area is created looking for the well-being of the personnel and a better handling of the information related to these. That's why inside the needs identified for the area of human resources there is essential the creation of the manual of functions for the active appointments inside the organization to have a support at the moment of the hiring of the new personnel, where it is possible to announce in a clear and specific way that it loaded they are going to occupy, what its functions are, what its responsibilities are and up to where its engagement level comes for with the company. The process of the creation of the manual of functions has like regular target and to organize the structure of operation and functioning of the different units of business of the company M and J of Colombia S.A.S, recognizing the functions manual as a technical tool necessary for the personnel administration, facilitating to the same comprehension the functioning of its appointment as well as optimizing its performance in time and quality.
