Implementacion y evaluacion de la resolucion n° 2640 de 2007 del ICA en la granja los chorros ubicada en la vereda tierra negra Fusagasugá.

Abstract

La implementación de Buenas Prácticas de manejo porcícola brinda a los porcicultores una oportunidad de evolución importante con miras hacia mercados nacionales como internacionales produciendo y cumpliendo con lineamientos de alta calidad e inocuidad. La intención del siguiente proyecto es identificar estado inicial de la Granja Porcícola los chorros frente a los requerimientos de la resolución 2640/07 del ICA con el fin de tomar medidas correctivas y lograr dicha certificación, para alcanzar este objetivo se propuso el desarrollo de una metodología donde se realizara el proceso de evaluación de la granja frente a la resolución mediante la lista de chequeo expedida por el ICA para su certificación, como segundo plano se analizara y se tendrá en cuenta los puntos que no se cumplan para así tomar medidas correctivas y llevar a cabo un total cumplimiento para su aprobación.
