Robotmate

Abstract

En el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la geometría, específicamente la temática de ángulos es limitada el reconocimiento del concepto, la clasificación y representación, sumado a ello la presencia de herramientas didáctica en el aula de clase es escasa. El presente proyecto se dirige a favorecer el concepto de ángulo especialmente en los estudiantes de grado sexto de la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora de Belén, mediante la elaboración de actividades sustentadas en los niveles de van hiele y la robótica educativa. Esta herramienta didáctica es de gran ayuda tanto para estudiantes, como para docentes, puesto que posibilita la experimentación la exploración y el desarrollo de habilidades visuales. La implementación de actividades y el uso de robotmate favorecen la participación, la motivación y el interés de los estudiantes hacia la geometría y se logra el fortalecimiento del concepto de ángulo. Se presenta una actividad de ajuste del comportamiento del robot, así como otra de instalación del software de control de aquel. Este último se creó para brindar al profesor y al alumno, una interfaz gráfica amigable y de fácil uso, la cual incluye solo los contenidos relevantes para la actividad realizada.

In the teaching-learning process of geometry, specifically the theme of angles is limited recognition of the concept, classification and representation, added to it the presence of didactic tools in the classroom is scarce. The present project is aimed at favoring the concept of angle especially in the sixth grade students of the Educational Institution of Our Lady of Bethlehem, through the elaboration of activities based on van ice levels and educational robotics. This didactic tool is of great help for both students and teachers, since it allows the experimentation of exploration and the development of visual skills. The implementation of activities and the use of robotmate favor the participation, motivation and interest of students towards geometry and the strengthening of the concept of angle is achieved. It presents an activity of adjustment of the behavior of the robot, as well as another one of installation of the software of control of that one. The latter was created to provide the teacher and the student with a friendly and user-friendly graphic interface, which includes only the relevant content for the activity carried out.
