The oil palm (ELAEIS GUINEENSIS JACQ) is the main socure of vegetable oils in the world for human use and industry (oleochemistry, cometics, biodiesel, etc). because it is an oleaginous crop with higher oil per unit area. Additionally, depite covering large tracts of land, an extensive crop is estimated due to the high demand for labor that generates, however, the main threat that affects the sustainability of the crop in Colombia and Ecuador is the disease Bud Rot (pudrición de cogollo PC) caused by the OOMYCETE PHYTOPHTHORA PALMIVORA when the disease reaches hing incidences it can become epidemic causing devastation. The only proven sources of resistance come from the interspecific hybrids between ELAEIS OLEÍFERA ans ELAEIS GUINEENSIS (OXG), however, there areno proven socurces of resistance in E.GUINNENNSIS (African palm). For this project, we intend to identify sources of reistance in the biological collection of Cameroon (E. GUINENESIS) through controlled inoculations of PHYTOPHTHORA PALMIVORA in the nursey stage. In the first stages of this project, it was started with the adaptation of the infrastructure of the umbracle, under a completely random desing. Additionally, evaluations of the bioassay were carried out to determine the incoculation methodology with P. PALMIVORA (incidence), however, the best methodology was the one that was allowed to classif the crosses because of their incidence and the different degress of resistance. Finally, with this evalution, the standardization of the appropriate methodology for appropriate methodology for inoculations was started, where four methodologies were evaluated such as plug without wound, plug with wound, leaflests, and controls. Later, during the reporting period, the use of QR codes and systematized information management was continued, obtaining the tracebility of the stages of each of the crosseses_CO
