Fusagasugá, es de los departamentos más importantes dentro de la compañía, siendo
esta una de las más importantes en la región con gran desarrollo urbanístico en la región

Este informe describe las actividades en la pasantía titulada: APOYO ADMINISTRATIVO
Y LOGÍSTICO EN EL ÁREA DE TALENTO HUMANO, CONSTRUCTORA PACHON
PIÑEROS S.A.S., FUSAGASUGÁ, CUNDINAMARCA. PERIODO 2018, en el cual
describe el procesó realizado dentro de esta, basada en la liquidación de las nóminas,
liquidación de contratos, cobros de incapacidades. Ingreso y retiro de personal, liquidación
de seguridad social, ajustes de seguridad social y todas aquellas actividades que se
requirieran pór el departamento para aportar al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la
empresa y que siga siendo reconocida por su calidad y buen servicio.
