ABSTRACT:
Occlusive training is a method created in 1973 by the Japanese Yoshiaki Sato, which aims to look
for muscle hypertrophy in a minimum of 4 weeks, this is very striking because in conventional
training physiological adaptations to exercise occur in a minimum of 10 weeks; This training uses
certain specific parameters in terms of training load and its applicability, through controlled blood
restriction of 60 to 100 mm / Hg by means of tourniquets or bands, moderate training loads between
20 and 30% of the 1RM and muscle recovery times. The objective of this research is to present the
method of training by occlusion as a technique to induce muscle hypertrophy through a systematic
review, the methodology used was based on a meta-analysis based on 25 scientific articles of which
8 were selected for structure the review article. | en_EN |
