Abstract
ABSTRACT: This internship was conducted in the Urban Agriculture Program (UA) of the Botanic Garden of Bogotá "José Celestino Mutis (JCM)" being an exploratory study evaluates the sustainable development of the Program UA with purpose to improve the quality of life, the urban environment and comply the district Policy of Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) while follows a model of sustainable. This projectcreates 11 indicators of sustainable development using the Methodological Guide Sustainable and Emerging Cities of the BID (2014), this defines the environmental function of the Program UA and its relationship with the objectives of sustainable development. Additionally, the study estimates the internal and external diversity of plants communities of 19 urban crops selected using specific criteria; determining alpha-diversity (riches), beta-diversity (similitude) and the distribution of those aliments in the nutritional groups; highlights use bioduversity as a tool for sustainable development and how it impacts the nutrition standards of the population related with the urban crops. Finally the study was integrated to the Geographical information Systemn of Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture (GISUPUA), through a descriptive geospatial analysis and using GPS coordinates that shows environmental variables such as temperature, relative humidity abd precipitation in the surroounding areas of the analyzed urban crops.Línea gratuita: 018000180414 | e-mail: formacion.biblioteca@ucundinamarca.edu.co
