| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: En este estudio se examina un aspecto muy importante dentro de la organización, en la cual en ocasiones nos hemos visto afectados por episodios de inseguridad. La seguridad nos ayuda a tener un ámbito laboral y académico más tranquilo y por ende, invertir en prevención de posibles amenazas externas como hurtos de bienes, violación de espacios no permitidos por personal no autorizado, posibles atentados terroristas etc., es de suma importancia para el bienestar de la comunidad universitaria y demás usuarios de las instalaciones. Con esta inversión se aspira proteger derechos naturales, mediante derechos positivos, pues con la implantación en la Seccional Girardot de la Universidad de Cundinamarca de un Sistema de Seguridad e Identificación por Radio Frecuencia -RFID- se ayudaría a preservar uno de los derechos fundamentales de la humanidad, el derecho a la vida. Previas estas consideraciones, en este estudio se presenta una de las mejoras empresas del país que fue identificada en el transcurso de la investigación de mercado efectuada y nos suministró la materia prima para la elaboración del proyecto. También se efectuaron encuestas a los estudiantes de la Seccional de Girardot, para determinar si les gustaría o no, que se implantara este Sistema de Seguridad. En el estudio técnico, se determina la materia prima, el personal requerido, la localización, los objetivos del estudio técnico, la misión y la visión para la implementación del sistema. Por último encontraremos el estudio financiero que determina la estructura inicial del proyecto, los costos de operación y el financiamiento.
